Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the 27 member states of the European Union only. We do not ship outside the EU at this time.

Made to order

Every Soivane product is filled, labelled and packed to order by our manufacturing and fulfilment partner in the EU. Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within about 2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods this may take a little longer; we will let you know if a delay is expected.

Delivery times

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on the destination country. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by the carrier.

Tracking

All orders are sent with a tracked service. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over €79 ship free within the EU.

Customs and duties

All orders ship from within the EU to EU addresses, so no customs duties apply.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows no progress for 10 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at soivane@email.cz with your order number (and a photo for damaged parcels). We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund. The risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you, or a person you designate (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully. As products are made to order, we can only change the address before your order has been dispatched — contact us as soon as possible.
